Abstract:Introduction: the endometrial carcinoma is the sixth cancer worldwide. Usually it is diagnosed in early stages. The sites of recurrence includes vaginal cuff and lymph nodes, however some metastasis have been described to vagina, peritoneum and lungs, among others.
