Abstract:Introduction: To date, studies exploring shockwave-assisted orthodontic tooth movement and tooth mobility have produced inconclusive results, largely attributable to varying methodologies and a lack of standardized reporting. This inconsistency hinders the ability to compare findings across studies and draw definitive conclusions.
