Reporting poor care

Abstract: What was the nature of the CPD activity, practice-related feedback and/or event and/or experience in your practice? The article discussed raising concerns and reporting poor care in practice. It explained the difference between making errors and poor care, and outlined the moral, professional and legal obligations nurses have to report instances of poor care.
