Repressive inclusion

Abstract: This article examines the relation between emergency legal doctrine and racial sovereignty in the context of Palestine. It theorises Israel's multifarious emergency modalities in a colonial present paradigm where traditional territorial colonisation is fused with modern security biopolitics.
