“…Two studies report abortion rates in women with ovulation disorders who failed to conceive with clomiphene treatment, but who conceived later with spontaneous ovulation after clomiphene treatment was discontinued. One study (37) reported 25.3% spontaneous abortion in the treated group compared with 10% in those conceiving spontaneously and another study (34) showed rates of approximately 15% in both groups. Small study sizes limited the findings of both studies.…”
