Software requirements elicitation is an important and essential pre-requisite to the subsequent phases in software development lifecycle. There is an increasing focus on how industry performs elicitation as this has a direct influence on the overall project success. It is important to understand broader elicitation issues and challenges, and address them on a large-scale, especially on geographically distributed software development. There are studies focusing on elicitation, but they are relatively small. There is no substantial research related to providing a comprehensive view of elicitation issues along with its causes and effects. This paper attempts to provide a summary of the systematic literature review (SLR) findings from 81 papers. The findings are based on causes of poor elicitation, elicitation issues and challenges, consequences of poor elicitation, advisable practices and classification of elicitation issues. The authors have leveraged cause-and-effect diagrams to draw conclusions on SLR.

Unquestionably, the proliferation of mobile devices has dominated the main streams in contemporary ubiquitous wireless networks. Unfortunately, the misappropriating of those state-of-the-art gadgets has resulted in unprecedented information security issues in next generation cyberspace security arena. This paper illustrates the essence of generic procedures to provide the probative digital evidences for a typical Gmail Chat session in connection with the IE browser under different scenarios. When the computer-related information security issues arise with regard to the company, the corporate information incident response team should be able to disclose and preserve the evaporating digital trails following the right procedures to avoid the volatile characteristics in their natures. Furthermore, the design of the experiments of the paper identifies four cases to demonstrate the feasibility, availability, reliability, and traceability among them, which are essential for the corporate information security staffs to seriously consider when mushrooming cyber crimes are unknowingly and hastily burgeoning in an unparalleled manner. The organizations might have to scrutinize the negligible digital trails with cognitive expertise instead of entirely relying on law enforcement Multimed Tools Appl agencies from the public sectors due to the time constraints as well as publicity concerns or the minor computing resource policy violation unwarily occurred by the employees accordingly.

This study, the “Influence of Social Media among youth in Abuja Municipal Area and Bwari Area Councils of FCT, Abuja” was carried out to investigate the way social media influences the youth in AMAC and Bwari Area Councils of FCT, Abuja. The study adopted quantitative survey design with the questionnaire used as the research instrument for data collection. Data collected was analyzed using descriptive method while univariate frequency distribution tables, percentages and SPSS were used as statistical tools for data collection. Finding of the study revealed that social media platforms are used among the youth to a great extent as majority of them make use of the platforms at least more than twice a day. In the use of the platforms, Facebook endears the youth more for use compared to other social media platforms. The use of social media, therefore, influences the behaviour of youth to a great extent by making them cultivate the habit of living a flamboyant lifestyle. Finding however, revealed that the use of social media is challenged majorly by high data charges from the network providers followed by poor network, while unstable power and activities of Internet scammers are other challenges in the use of the social media among the youth. The recommended that policy makers should benefit from the youth’s interest in the social media in general and the Facebook in particular by using the platforms in reaching out to them (youth) on relevant policies/programmes that can impact positively on their lives in particular and the society in general. It further charged the youth to dedicate more time on the social media for the activities beneficial to them rather than merely posting personal photos and videos which have minimal impacts on their lives. The study concluded that social media is used among the youth and its utilization by this group of the people has tremendous impact on their behavior
