Rescue Base Station

Abstract: Natural disasters are, unfortunately, a fundamental part of living on Planet Earth. Earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, and other events will continue to test the strength of the infrastructure modern society relies on, such as communication equipment like cellular networks.
