Under the background of deepening education reform and the rapid rise of digital economy, the supply service system of teaching resources for accounting majors in colleges and universities is difficult to meet the needs of accounting professionals training in the new period. In this regard, this paper takes the accounting major in colleges and universities as the research object, and according to the current situation of network teaching mode and digital teaching resources, puts forward the construction scheme of three-dimensional teaching network resource platform, which provides reference for the innovation of teaching ecology of accounting major. The platform takes big data technology as the core, uses Hadoop cluster to complete the distributed storage and management of teaching resources, cooperates with Lucene algorithm tools to complete the design and development of search engines, and integrates Web2.0 technology to form standard network applications. After the completion of the platform construction, the simulation test results show that the platform effectively solves the problems of integration, circulation, application and management of teaching resources, improves the utilization efficiency of teaching resources, and optimizes the teaching process, thus making a beneficial attempt for the construction of smart campus in universities under the big data environment.

Under the background of building a "digital campus" in an all-round way, the application value of books and archives management in colleges and universities is getting higher and higher, and the information transformation of related services and management has become an inevitable trend. In this regard, this paper takes the management of books and archives in colleges and universities as the research object, and puts forward a set of construction scheme of distributed management information system based on many problems faced at present, so as to better collect, protect, develop and utilize the information of books and archives. The platform uses Hadoop cluster to complete the distributed storage and management of books and archives data information, cooperates with Lucene algorithm tools to complete the design and development of retrieval engine, and integrates javaweb technology to form a standard network application program. The construction of the system can fully realize the digitalization of university books and archives resources, the networking of information services and the standardization of electronic archives management. The simulation test results show that the system effectively improves the utilization efficiency of books and archives resources, optimizes the information service process, and makes a positive contribution to the construction and development of colleges and universities in the new period.

PurposeReal estate agents are professionals who need up-to-date and accurate information about their clients in order to maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with each of them. A satisfied customer can be very valuable and profitable in the long term. This research focuses on solving the problem of the lack of a mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adapted to the needs of professionals. The importance of solving this problem is related to the importance of optimizing work and resources in a highly abundant information industry.Design/methodology/approachIt was developed of a CRM for mobile devices capable of managing information about the customers and business partners of each user, which provides a set of features well defined by the professionals. These features were collected through 15 face-to-face interviews and validated with six video conference interviews with industry specialists. For the development and evaluation of this artefact was followed the DSR methodology, corresponding each interview to an iteration of this model.FindingsFrom this research resulted a selection of functionalities considered essential to the real estate agent's work. These features were successfully implemented in a mobile application that real estate agents appreciate for its simplicity and that they feel adds real value to their daily lives. Using this service, the productivity and performance of real estate agents might be improved.Originality/valueIt was verified that the mobile CRM solution developed is a desired solution by real estate agents in terms of customer portfolio management, enhancing the evolution of their relationships and monitoring professional's performance.
