AMOLED (Active‐matrix organic light‐emitting diode) is a new type of display technology, mainly used in the field of smartphones. Temperature is an important environmental factor for AMOLED displays on their function and performance. Temperature difference can cause changes in the material characteristics of AMOLED displays. It will occur touch failure and inability to respond to users’ operations. In order to reduce the adverse effects caused by temperature difference on touch, this paper studied the stability and reliability of different module materials in different temperature environments. The results showed that the module materials had a close relationship with the touch pattern during temperature changed. This paper further explored the pattern design parameter indicators to improve the touch performance of AMOLED through simulation experiments. This study provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the touch function and performance of AMOLED.
