Research Based to Maximize Effectiveness of Simulation for Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP) Teams in Indonesia

Abstract: Healthcare facilities are "soft targets." The "Run-Hide-Fight" mantra can be easily assimilated by the average learner in generic "active shooter" educational programs.
