Research of Biodegradable Fluid Impacts on Operation of Tractor Hydraulic System

Abstract: This paper is focused on the impacts of the biodegradable hydraulic and transmission fluid (Universal Tractor Transmission Oil) on operation of tractor hydraulic and transmission systems. The fluid was used in the hydraulic and transmission systems of a Zetor Proxima 6321 tractor. Fluid samples were taken from the Zetor Proxima 6321 tractor at intervals of 250 engine hours. These samples were subjected to an infrared spectroscopy analysis in order to measure the total acid number and perform the ferrography an… Show more

“…Therefore, it is necessary to examine the idea of the possible harmfulness of agricultural machinery on the environment [15]. The analysis of operating fluids was dealt with by authors Čorňák [16] and Tkáč [17]. The main requirement for the equipment was to simulate as much as possible the actual hydraulic circuit of the agricultural machine.…”

“…Considering the known literature, authors do not deal with a detailed impact analysis of the gyroscopic effect on the balance of forces interacting on the fast-rotating machines bearings in motion working assemblies. The subject widely taken up by researchers is mainly related to the analysis and strategy of the agricultural machinery maintenance and repair (Pourdarbani, 2019), deformation and wear of working tools in agricultural and forestry machinery (Ťavodová et al, 2018), determination of operating parameters and functioning effectiveness (Moinfar and Shahgholi, 2018), and investigation of hydraulic systems in agricultural machinery (Tkáč et al, 2017) without analysis of additional load in the machinery working assemblies.…”

“…Ecological fluids used in mobile energy products operating in an environmentally sensitive environment are subject to high requirements that manufacturers have to take into account during their development in order to improve their quality while reducing the burden on the environment [1,2,3]. This is a natural consequence of efforts to increase the efficiency of production processes primarily due to a reduction in production cost, reduction in energy consumption with emphasis on reducing environmental impacts caused by production itself, but also other dependent aspects [4].…”

“…It is appropriate to simulate the operational load in laboratory conditions for accelerated tests of ecological energy carriers. This also optimizes the laboratory test time and the possibility of multiple repetitions without the influence of the external environment which cannot be achieved in operational conditions [10,11,2].…”
