Research of the Parts Pressing Process Using the Elastic Media Pressure

Abstract

A method for production of profiled materials under the constrained bend conditions with polyurethane is described. Influence of main process parameters on the characteristics of final products is investigated using the ANSYS software. Experimental research has confirmed the suitability of the process mathematical model for the parts constrained bend using the elastic media pressure.
