Research on Comprehensive Assessment of Effect on Environmental Pollution Collaborative treatment: Taking China’s Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration as an Example

Abstract: To explore an effective method for comprehensive assessment of the effect of collaborative treatment on environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, this paper selects four categories of 22 assessment indicators: the driving force of collaborative treatment, the pressure of collaborative treatment, the synergy degree of collaborative treatment, and the result of collaborative treatment to construct an assessment indicator system. Based on the technical treatment of the assessment ind… Show more

“…Take the construction of the environmental evaluation system as an example, if the steady state of the land use evaluation system is unbalanced, it will cause the imbalance of other subsystems, and then lead to the collapse of the whole evaluation system. Therefore, to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, the study constructs a subsystem by merging and calculating various elements, and assigns weights to each criterion layer using AHP to achieve objective evaluation of community environmental health ( 25 , 26 ). Hierarchical analysis refers to a complex multi-target decision problem as a system, the target into multiple goals or criteria, and decomposed into multiple indicators (or criteria, constraints) of several levels, through qualitative index fuzzy quantitative method to calculate level single sort (weight) and total sort, as a target (indicators), more optimization decision system method.…”

“…Accordingly, the concept of "clear waters and lush mountains are mountains of gold and silver" has been put forward by the Chinese government as a guideline for environmental governance. In the process of environmental governance, the design of environmental assessment [2][3][4][5][6] is particularly important in order to effectively evaluate the efficiency of environmental governance. Environmental assessment encourages the consideration of environmental factors in planning and decision-making, ultimately leading to more environmentally compatible production activities.…”

“…On November 5, 2018, the construction of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta became a national strategy, promoting the upgrading of the collaborative governance of environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. Yang (2019) studied the current situation of ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the idea of building an ecological civilization mechanism from the perspective of the Import Expo in accordance with the requirements of regional integration construction in the Yangtze River Delta; Wu et al (2020) analyzed the collaborative governance mechanism of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and put forward specific countermeasures to promote the improvement of the effect of collaborative governance; Xu and Sun (2021), taking Jiangsu Province as an example, studied and applied the evaluation method of the effect of environmental pollution collaborative governance in the Yangtze River Delta region, providing an effective quantitative analysis method for the evaluation of the effect of environmental pollution collaborative governance in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration; Luo et al (2022) analyzed the situation of environmental pollution collaborative governance in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, studied the specific evaluation method of the effect of environmental pollution collaborative governance in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and proposed specific collaborative governance countermeasures. The coordinated treatment of environmental pollution in urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta of China started relatively late, and its development speed is relatively fast.…”
