Research on Cutting Force and Cutting Vibration in Milling of PE WPC

Abstract: This paper presents the impact of the change of cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting vibration by the milling experiment of PE WPC. In the text, 60% wood flour content and 70% wood flour content WPC are compared in up milling and down milling. The result shows that cutting force shows a progressive increasing trend as the feed speed increasing.
