It might be a surprising association with traditional crafts, but authors developed several lines of investigation: how to use digital technology for the advancement of crafts (Meissner, & Fitzpatrick, 2017;Padfield et al, 2018), for dissemination and increased awareness (Nishio, Yokoi, & Yasuda, 2009) or for computer-aided design (Jiang, & Cao, 2010;Guo, & Yu, 2022), to mention only some of the aspects researched.
