Research on temperature drift of tunneling magnetoresistance sensor based on proportional relationship and MacLaurin’s series

Abstract: To solve the problem of the Wheatstone full-bridge unequal resistance and low calculation accuracy, a calculation model for temperature drift of Tunneling Magnetoresistance sensors without magnet field is proposed.
