HBI is an accessories store that sells women's jewelry accessories. HBI Shop sells various women's jewelry products such as bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings and other custom accessories. Each sales activity must have a sales document that contains information about sales reports. sales reports at HBI Stores still use Microsoft Excel, so it takes a long time to get information about sales report developments. Increasing product sales requires implementing a business strategy to improve the quality of the company, such as packaging it into a visualization on the dashboard. Dashboard is a tool for presenting concise information in diagrams, visual indicators, or graphics in the form of information. The purpose of this dashboard design is to form a sales report visualization display that users can use to see the situation in the company's sales reports. The data used is sales data from 2021 to 2022. The dashboard design method that will be used is the prototyping method. The sales report results visualized are in the form of a sales report dashboard at the HBI Store which can make it easier for HBI Shop owners to find out information on sales reports and assist companies in making decisions.

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) implementation does not always experience success in an organization. This article has provided data by conducting a survey to experts, in this case, the IT Governance Expert in Indonesia to be asked for their opinions regarding the successful implementation of IT Governance in supporting the organization's routine activities. This research report is presented precisely and concisely by displaying tables and pie diagrams so that it is easy to understand. Responses obtained from IT Governance Expert perceptions, that awareness is an important factor that can determine success in the implementation of IT Governance. We found as many as 15 factors in IT Governance awareness. In addition, a very significant part of the result findings of this research is awareness to understanding IT Governance well, awareness in involving stakeholders and awareness in changing organizational culture. Therefore, it needs to have serious attention from all parties involved so that later organizational performance can be increased in the future in accordance with expectations.

During the last decade, in manufacturing and service industries, collaboration among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has focused on competencies and resources sharing as an approach to both create new competitive environments, as well as to achieve agility to rapidly respond to new market demands. Also, with the increasing level of customization of products and services required by customers, the notion of co-creation of products and business services leads to an increase of collaboration with customers and local suppliers. In this context, this paper presents an approach based on a negotiation support environment that structures the design of new business services under a collaborative perspective. The adopted protocol to facilitate interaction among the multi-users in the negotiation dialog is described.
