Research on the Effect of Aortic Valve Replacement with Mechanical Prosthesis on the Evolution of Ventricular Hypertrophy in Patients with Degenerative Aortic Stenosis

Abstract: Aortic valvulopathies, and especially aortic stenosis (AS), are the most common valvular disorders. Untreated, 50% of patients with severe AS will die within 2-3 years from the onset of symptomatology.
