Similar literature has mainly explored the direct effect of superiors’ developmental feedback on employee growth ( Redling, 2010 ), the mechanism by which superiors’ developmental feedback affects employees’ proactive change behavior ( Miao and Shu, 2021 ), the effect of superiors’ developmental feedback on employees’ innovative behavior ( Su et al, 2019 ; Jiang et al, 2022 ), and the moderating effect of superiors’ developmental feedback on the influence of obstructive pressure on employees’ creativity ( Sun et al, 2019 ).
