Research on the radial electromagnetic force of inverter-fed induction machine with different slot combination using FEM

Abstract: Electromagnetic vibration is one of the vital factor causing noise and vibration of induction machine, especially in inverter supply. For inverter-fed induction machine, higher harmonic in stator current will worsen the electromagnetic noise and vibration.
