Research on the Talent Demand Dimension of Harbin Enterprises based on Made in China 2025 Strategy

Abstract: Abstract. Harbin Municipal government convened to implement the Made in China 2025 mobilization meeting in Aug. 29 to implement the work promote program. In this context, the paper analysis the Harbin enterprise talent demand based on made in China 2025 strategy, then the relevant recommendations are given for the higher school talents training.
