Abstract:Background
Primary mediastinal liposarcoma is a rare malignancy of mesenchymal origin with local aggressive biological behavior which is often diagnosed as an incidental finding without any symptoms. Chemoresistance and low radiosensitivity of these tumors favors surgical resection as the only option for radical treatment.
