Resection of suprasellar and retrosellar epidermoid cyst by supraorbital approach (minimally invasive approach). illustrative case and literature review

Abstract: Background: Epidermoid cysts are generally benign congenital lesions that originate from ectodermal tissue; considered as unusual tumors located more frequently in the cerebellopontine angle, being observed in the sellar region in only 10% of cases.
