Residual Stresses in Locally Long Fiber Reinforced Aluminum Parts

Abstract: In locally long fiber reinforced aluminum parts two types residual stresses exist. They are the microscopic residual stress between fiber and matrix and the macroscopic residual stress between reinforced and unreinforced zones.
