Human rights discrimination has a destructive impact on legal reality. It demonstrates in different ways. On the modern stage of society development, one of the most common form of discrimination is age discrimination since it concerns all society groups in any country. In science literature, there is no common view on the understanding of age discrimination, that is why its interpretation (as a category that is demonstrated through stereotype, prejudice and age discrimination in its broad sense i.e., all individuals because of age that cause harmful consequences for society and particular individuals) is justified. Monitoring reports, analytical reviews and notes of professional international institutions at the level of UN bodies demonstrate the variable determinants of modern society in the context of aging trends and other related population and legal trends. Comprehensive approach of the survey is conditioned by need in methodical representation of declared problems through definition of economical, cultural, political, legal, social, middle-aged, labor, medical, gender and other agents that are directly related to the guarantee of equality and discrimination issues. Regulatory legal method helps to interpret rules of law in broader context in national legal systems of Albania, Great Britain, Norway, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Lithuania.

Increased competence must exist in vocational education. Less measurability of competency typing and convenience in using the computer laboratory becomes a problem for the Department of Business Administration, Bali State Polytechnic. For that, we need a system repair work practice typing on the student. This research was conducted at the Department of Business Administration computer laboratory Bali State Polytechnic. The method used is experiment with design group within - treatment (same subject). A total sample of 28 students of the 2nd semester and are taking practice typing. Competence is measured from the speed and accuracy in typing. Comfortable measured by questionnaires of practice comfort, and fatigue measured using a 30 item questionnaire of fatigue. Data of fatigue and comfortable were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test and data of typed competence analyzed using t- paired test at the 95% significance level. Results of this research showed that there was a decrease in fatigue student practice 28.10%, decrease in musculoskeletal complaints 31.14%, increase in comfortable 39.63%, increase in typing speed competence the 27.31%, and an increase in typing accuracy competence 5, 10%. It was concluded that the improvement of work practices system can reduce fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints of students and increase typing comfort and competence of students in the Department of Business Administration Bali State Polytechnic.

With globalization, it has become evident that there are still differences in women's participation in political development, despite the process of change, equality and equity implemented for several years, the greater participation of men in relation to the woman, have been excluded in some spaces within society for a long time. The political participation of women continues to be a great challenge in Ecuador's contemporary society. The processes carried out have not achieved the inclusion of women in the issues of political representation. As a whole, the causes may be ignorance, omission, and of course this machismo that predominate even on the subject; without leaving of side the little processes of investigation on the subject, that are sporadic, and more in the subject of the considered policy only for the masculine gender. The current challenge is the empowerment, education, preparation and training of both men and women on the issue of equality, inclusion and social participation of all in the different mutual areas with emphasis on the political, economic and social aspects of development and well-being of people, guaranteed in the Constitution of Ecuador and the objectives of Good Living.
