Abstract: Tomato wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (Fol) results in a decrease in tomato yield and quality. Pyraclostrobin, a typical quinone outside inhibitor (QoI), inhibits the cytochrome bc1 complex to block energy transfer.
