Resistively loaded coplanar waveguide for microwave measurements of induced carriers

Abstract: We describe the use of a coplanar waveguide whose slots are filled with resistive film, a resistively loaded coplanar waveguide (RLCPW), to measure two dimensional electron systems (2DES).
