Abstract: Compartment syndrome (CS) can occur in a variety of clinical scenarios. Reperfusion injury and tissue swelling are common causes across etiologies. Trauma is recognized as a common cause, but CS is also seen after limb alignment correction for extremities. CS is a difficult diagnosis to make in any scenario. Timely diagnosis is also difficult.
