Resolving transcriptional states and predicting lineages in the annelidCapitella teletausing single-cell RNAseq

Abstract: Evolution and diversification of cell types has contributed to animal evolution. However, gene regulatory mechanisms underlying cell fate acquisition during development remains largely uncharacterized in spiralians.
