Resonance Method of Determination of Interacting Force of Particles in the Cluster of Ferromagnetic Material

Abstract: Anisotropy of a powder ferromagnetic product can be created by focusing separate particles in the direction of a certain crystallographic axis in a magnetic field. By fitting modes of electromagnetic field it is possible to regulate the intensity of clusters movement and powder particles, as well as to destroy clusters up to the separate particles. At the increase of constant magnetic field induction up to a certain value, typical for every material, the intensification of processes of secondary aggregation an… Show more

“…To strengthen high-manganese steel, it is necessary to use methods of surface plastic deformation (SPD), which provide high pressure in the deformation zone (3т, where тis the yield strength of the material) of the tool and the surface to be strengthened, which contributes to the formation of a large depth and degree of hardening of the surface layer [1][2][3][4][5].…”

“…The most common way to increase the hardness of metallic materials is hardening by heat treatment (HT). Recently, combined methods of hardening treatment have proved to be quite effective, especially combining the different nature of physical impact on the metal material being strengthened [1][2][3][4][5]. Thus, the use of preliminary hardening by surface plastic deformation (SPD), in particular, wave strain hardening (WSH), before HT, makes it possible to further increase the hardness of the metal material being hardened with a slight loss of impact strength [6].…”
