Responding to the coronavirus pandemic: emerging issues and challenges for Indian hospitality and tourism businesses

Abstract: PurposeThe coronavirus pandemic has triggered a paradigm shift in all businesses, and given the restrictions that followed, hospitality and tourism has been significantly affected.
