Responsabilidad de la industria cárnica en la gestión medioambiental y la generación de trabajo

Abstract

The meat industry is one of the main job-generating activities whose responsibility is oriented to the conservation of biodiversity and the respective ecosystem; however, environmental pollution, the depletion of natural resources and overpopulation are harmful factors led to the development of such actions, so a defined position is urgently needed to enable their sustainability and promote new production routes. Based on this, it was discussed with 9inquiries published between 2019 and 2023 through the pure research, the qualitative approach, the systematic review and the flowchart Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). For this reason, it was concluded that the meat industry requires awareness, deliberation and recommendations to mitigate the damage in the environment in which it operates and maintain the generating capacity of labour.
