Abstract:Background: A 33-year-old pleasant Emirati lady presented to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi with an established diagnosis of diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis and calcinosis cutis of 7 years duration from the first non-Raynaud's disease manifestation.
