Restoration of Facial Form and Lip Competence in a Patient with a Midfacial Defect

Abstract: Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the head and neck can be treated with a combination of modalities. There is an esthetic and functional compromise with midfacial defects secondary to ablative surgery and adjuvant therapies for SCC.
