Results of a Pilot Study of Health Awareness, Trust in Health Professionals, Preferences, and Opinions About Healthcare Among a Sample of Adults

Abstract: Health literacy and awareness, trust in healthcare workers and healthcare system are im-portant factors in health-related decision-making. The aim of the study was to assess health awareness and the level of trust in health profession-als, to identify prevailing opinions and preferences in health services, and to define possible links between these parameters and demographic indicators among a sample of adults.
