Abstract: 82 Background: Palliative radiation therapy (RT) for painful bone metastases is underutilized in the United States (U.S.), perhaps due to inappropriate use of multi-fraction (MF) regimens over more convenient, less costly, and equally effective single fraction (SF) regimens.
