Abstract:The results of surgical treatment of 31 patients with idiopathic scoliosis aged 16 to 20 years (mean age 17.8 years) were analyzed. With an angle of the main arc of curvature from 490 to 870. All patients underwent dorsal correction and fixation of the spine with pedicle screws. The average correction was 36.50, postoperative progression was 40. Satisfaction with the results immediately after the operation was 100%.
