Results of Surgical Treatment of a Child With Severe Defect in Scalp Soft Tissues Using Tissue Expander

Abstract: Deep wounds of the scalp of various origins (mechanical trauma, animal bites, burns) are quite common in pediatric practice. Defects of soft tissues, the bottom of which has open bones, are a particular difficulty.
