Abstract:Objective. To study the immediate and remote follow-up results of treatment in patients, suffering obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and concurrent ischemic heart disease, using the alcohol septal ablation in combination with simultaneous endoprosthesis of coronary arteries.
