Resveratrol, pterostilbene, and baicalein: plant-derived anti-biofilm agents

Abstract: Microbial adhesion to surfaces and the subsequent biofilm formation may result in contamination in food industry and in healthcare-associated infections and may significantly affect postoperative care.
