Resveratrol suppresses lipopolysaccharide-mediated activation of osteoclast precursor RAW 264.7 cells by increasing miR-181a-5p expression

Abstract: Resveratrol (Res) has anti-inflammation and antiosteoporosis functions. We evaluated the effect of Res on osteoclast differentiation by releasing inflammatory cytokines from osteoclast precursor RAW 264.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). In the study, LPS (1 ng/L) was used to induce the Raw 264.7 inflammatory injury model in vitro. “…It is possible that these effects are related to the fact that miR‐181a‐5p disapproval can increase the levels of the Sirt1 and PI3K proteins (Zhu et al, 2021). RSV has been found to decrease the expression of NF‐κB65, P‐IκB‐α, and P‐TAK1 in RAW 264.7 cells (Xue et al, 2023).
