Rethinking Vulnerability Analysis and Governance with Emphasis on a Participatory Approach

Abstract: This article draws on vulnerability analysis as it emerged as a complement to classical risk analysis, and it aims at exploring its ability for nurturing risk and vulnerability governance actions.
