Abstract: Background: Von Hippel–Lindau (VHL) disease is a neoplastic syndrome caused by a mutation of the VHL tumor suppressor gene. Retinal hemangioblastoma (RH) is a vascularized tumor and represents the most common ocular manifestation of this disease.
