Abstract:Ocular involvement in myeloproliferative diseases (MPD) is common and retinal findings are various. Retinal manifestations are due to hematologic changes, microcirculatory alterations, and hyperviscosity of blood. Ocular findings might precede the diagnosis of MPD and might regress following treatment for MPD.
