Abstract:Background
Left atrial auricle (LAA) clipping is a common method of preventing cardiogenic thromboembolism. However, acute coronary syndrome (ACS) has been reported as a fatal complication of LAA clipping. We describe a case of ACS 2 months after LAA clipping.
