The iterative update of artificial intelligence (AI) is resulting in the development of new educational concepts, methodologies, and methods. Taking as a starting point, the contemporary visual communication design is largely influenced by artificial intelligence’s techniques, design methods, and display methods. Moreover, combining the possibilities brought by artificial intelligence’s characteristics to the teaching mode will be of great interest in teaching innovations. Similarly, integrating and deepening the innovation of teaching modes, and making artificial intelligence a teaching mode is more beneficial to teachers and student. Subsequently, this gives full play to the benefits in visual communication design and education in order to change and upgrade to intelligent visual communication design teaching techniques. Therefore, it is also crucial to investigate the use of visual communication design in the teaching process. This paper also offers while studying the innovation of visual communication design education techniques, a deep understanding of the AI technology and big data. Under the restrictions of visual communication, the virtual reconstruction approach of 3D images may effectively tackle the problem of an unstable pixel extraction process induced by pixel loss. Our empirical evaluation shows that the proposed method is superior to that of the other state-of-the-art techniques.

For many years, entrepreneurs were considered the change agents of their societies. They use their initiative and innovative minds to solve problems and create value. In the aftermath of the digital transformation era, a new group of entrepreneurs have emerged who are called transformational entrepreneurs. They use various digital platforms to create value. Surprisingly, despite their importance, they have not been sufficiently investigated. Therefore, this research scrutinizes the elements affecting transformational entrepreneurship in digital platforms. To do so, the authors have considered a two-phase method. First, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and Matrices d’Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliqué a Un Classement (MICMAC) are used to suggest a model. ISM is a qualitative method to reach a visualized hierarchical structure. Then, four unsupervised machine learning algorithms are used to ensure the accuracy of the proposed model. The findings reveal that transformational leadership could mediate the relationship between the entrepreneurial mindset and thinking and digital transformation, interdisciplinary approaches, value creation logic, and technology diffusion. The GMM in the full type, however, has the best accuracy among the various covariance types, with an accuracy of 0.895. From the practical point of view, this paper provides important insights for practitioners, entrepreneurs, and public actors to help them develop transformational entrepreneurship skills. The results could also serve as a guideline for companies regarding how to manage the consequences of a crisis such as a pandemic. The findings also provide significant insight for higher education policymakers.

The increasingly large employment group in colleges and universities has brought huge employment pressure to the society. Therefore, improving the level of professional ability of college students, providing students with personalized career development direction planning, and helping students to establish a correct concept of career selection are feasible ways to solve the structural contradiction of college students’ employment. The arrival of big data era provides new development opportunities for employment work in colleges and universities. Big data drives the high-quality development of precise employment in colleges and universities, which is inevitably required to reach the precise requirements of work development, information mastering, platform docking, information pushing, and help work. The traditional employment guidance work is backward in means and poor in timeliness, which leads to poor intervention effect on students’ employment expectation. With the deepening of digital campus construction and the development of big data technology, massive educational data has been accumulated but not reasonably utilized. Therefore, in this paper, we take the massive student data accumulated in digital campus as the research object, based on the research method of convolutional neural network, to explore the hidden personalized information of students behind it, predict their future career development direction, and provide scientific and technological support for the work of university education and teaching. Thus, the architecture classical DenseNet was improvised to avoid gradient disappearance and guarantee the classification accuracy, thereby targeting to reduce the number of connections. The study also proposed a 2-DenseNet model, wherein the attention module was embedded into 2-DenseNet followed by the conduction of training and validation on the university employment dataset. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper could predict the appropriate career development direction timely and effectively based on multiple perspectives of students’ comprehensive quality. This would enable the students to plan and adjust their employment expectations leading to disseminating of efficient employment guidance in colleges and universities.
