Abstract: Aim. The aim of the present research was to find the correlation of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of cytochrome P450 (CYP450) and hepatitis B-caused cirrhosis. Methods. Collection of specimens was done from 297 volunteers with confirmed hepatitis B-caused cirrhosis as well as 120 healthy volunteers in China.
