Aiming at the integrated evaluation problem of financial risk in coal industry restructuring, a model of linear regression and PCA is put forward. This paper studies the univariate correlation and multivariable mixed correlation between the main business income and the book value of fixed assets and nonfixed assets in the statements of coal listed companies and gives the correlation function between the variables by using a variety of univariate linear, univariate nonlinear, and binary linear regression methods. It also points out that the coal enterprises in China are basically in the stage of increasing scale income at the present stage and can continue to achieve rapid increase in profits through mergers and acquisitions and other expansion methods. At the same time, it is also concluded that nonfixed assets, namely, intangible assets and human capital, contribute more to the main business income of coal enterprises in China, which objectively proves the correctness of our thinking of developing knowledge economy.

In this paper, the forward neural network multi-feature fusion algorithm is used to extract the emotional features of music culture on artificial intelligence technology, considering the diversity and intermittency of the emotional features of the study, which needs to be parameterized. In the forward neural network architecture, the activation value obtained by using the nonlinear activation function is used, and the results obtained are passed to the next layer of data to realize layer-by-layer forward computation, which leads to the back-propagation activation function. The music culture emotion classification model is constructed based on the propagation mode of the forward neural network to determine the emotion recognition process. The research object is selected, the research process is determined, and in order to ensure the true validity of the research, it is necessary to test the reliability and validity of the research design scheme and to develop an empirical analysis of the comparison between popular music and traditional music culture. The results show that on the model, especially in the recognition of sacred, sad, passionate emotion type of music classification accuracy reached more than 88.2%. This paper’s model can improve the classification accuracy of music emotion to a certain extent. In the ontological knowledge analysis of popular music and traditional music culture, all three editions of textbooks show that general knowledge of music is predominant and has a large proportion, appreciation knowledge and extended knowledge are also considerable, and music knowledge is the least and has a small proportion. This study demonstrates the synergistic development of traditional culture and modern popular music, which is of great significance to the development of music education in colleges and universities.

Music education is of great significance in the cultivation of high-quality talents, but currently there are problems such as music education is not emphasized and the quality being poor. Aiming at this situation, this paper designs a music education program using constructivist theory. At the same time, to explore the teaching effect of the designed music course, the data are analyzed to confirm the public factors by combining KMO, Bartlett method, and factor analysis model, adjusting the weights of teaching indexes based on the public factors and K-Means clustering analysis, and evaluate and analyze the teaching data. The model was applied to teaching evaluation to explore the effects of the designed music course in terms of overall classroom feedback, teaching effectiveness, and evaluation of indicators. Teacher-student interactions were more frequent in the 5-45-minute classroom, the average score of students in the experimental class in the area of interest inquiry was 11.275, which was higher than that of the control class, which was 8.035, and students in the experimental class achieved an overall score of 84.06 and 91.28 on the music exam, while the control class only scored 42.73 and 55.21. Meanwhile, the analysis found that the average evaluation score of students on the content indicators was 78.02, and the rating of some classes reached 92.84. The use of constructivist design in the music teaching classroom can enhance students’ understanding and perception of music, and enhance the efficiency of music learning.
