Abstract: Background: Penile duplex Doppler ultrasound in combination with intra-cavernous injection of vasoactive agents (PDDU-ICI) is the most accepted tool for diagnosis of arteriogenic erectile dysfunction (AED), but is invasive, time consuming and at risk of side effects.
