With the gradual improvement of social and economic levels, cities not only meet people’s basic living needs, but also have an artistic expression to a certain extent, and the public pays more attention to the beauty of the external environment. Landscapes in cities are settlement landscapes characterized by man-made landscapes, which are not only a cultural resource but also an ecological environment resource. Murals are also the first works of art of mankind. According to records, murals are the largest number of artworks in China. It is a popular work of art, representing social functions with historical value, aesthetic value, political significance, and educational function. Due to the great influence of the latest technology and emerging technology on urban art concepts, murals are widely used in urban public landscapes in Europe and America. Its grand and strong space coverage, not wasting too much space, and its imperceptible influence on vision make it the main element of urban public art. Therefore, the mural design in the urban public environment can improve China’s current urban atmosphere and enhance urban characteristics. Bring the citizens a historical and cultural understanding of the urban environment they live in and enjoy art. According to the interrelationship between the city and the public environment and the human mural art, based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of urban planning and design, urban public art management, and based on the basic characteristics of human mural art, this study combines a large number of domestic and foreign cases, starting from the characteristics of the natural environment and human urban environment. This article studies the relationship between mural design and architectural design concepts and concepts in urban public environment landscape design.

With the continuous expansion of enterprises, the replicability and standardization of management has become the primary problem of enterprises. As the baking industry in the new era, both the early manual management and the preliminary information management are faced with many puzzles. Therefore, all kinds of advanced management ideas and concepts must be integrated and solidified into the information system, so that such a system can become the information system urgently needed by the domestic baking industry. This topic launches the research on the design and implementation of baking industry information system. This paper combines the characteristics of cloud computing technology and information business of baking industry, designs the information platform of baking industry based on cloud computing technology, and adopts SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and query optimization algorithm based on semi-connected strategy. The research shows that for a given query example, most of the combinations of the algorithms in this paper are good, and the average cost of generating plan of this algorithm is improved by 40.201% compared with incremental heuristic algorithm and 20.126% compared with simulated annealing algorithm. Therefore, it can be concluded that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is feasible.

In order to further explore the rural ecological environment promoting the new retail format, the research on improving the mechanism of bilateral economic interest linkage between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the rural ecological environment promoting the new retail format was proposed. Through in-depth analysis of the bilateral interest linkage mechanism between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the new retail format, this study starts with specific cases to deeply summarize the specific problems of the bilateral economic interest linkage mechanism between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the development trend of the rural ecological environment and fully reveal the unreasonable phenomena in the linkage mechanism. The results show that the main problems of the current agricultural enterprise linkage mechanism are the frequent occurrence of default events, the low stability of the linkage, the loose connections, and the lack of risk sharing and value creation mechanisms. On this basis, starting from the economic benefits acquisition and development needs of farmers and enterprises, this paper focuses on the innovation and improvement strategies of the bilateral economic benefit linkage mechanism from the aspects of the development of cooperative economic organizations, capital investment, and innovation of the industrial operation mode.
